Refund policy

We want you to love your Luméa products! If you’re not completely satisfied:

Returns:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back at your expense.

Non-returnable items:

For hygiene reasons, used skincare and beauty tools cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
